Governing Board Members
The Centre for Development is guided by a distinguished Governing Board comprising experts from diverse fields including social work, law, education, and community advocacy. Our board provides the strategic vision and ethical oversight necessary to empower marginalized communities and uphold the values of equality, justice, and fraternity.

President
Azad Mehta
A businessman and philanthropist, Azad has been serving the most marginalized communities since long. Has been associated with CfD since the last 20 years and currently serves as its President.

Vice President
Abidbeg Mirza
A young IT professional, having international experience of IT sector. He provides voluntary service to the organization in managing social media and MIS.

Secretary
Misbah Naz Pathan
She has been a primary school teacher since 19 years. An expert in child psychology and behaviour, she is also a strong advocate of child rights and protection. She also provides counselling to parents on juvenile addiction issues.

Ramila Sadhu
Associated with CfD as team member since 2007, BA in Sociology. Community mobilization is her expertise.

Dilip Mer
A Child Rights Protection specialist having a Master degree in social work, he has worked as District Child Protection Officer of Ahmedabad district. Currently he works as an independent consultant on protection issues of children and adolescents. He is an excellent trainer on JJB, POCSO, UNCRC and other policies related to child rights protection. He has a professional experience of 16 years.

Radhika Dave
By qualification a civil engineer, by passion a teacher. She has been working voluntarily to assist children of poor communities through remedial coaching, particularly in English, Science and Math. She has served as a Trustee of CfD for the last 16 years.

Kanwal Mansuri
Kanwal Mansuri is a creative professional with a commerce background and strong experience in art and gallery coordination. Built a notable presence as a trained painting artist and theatre performer. She has also been involved in social initiatives through art and community-oriented activities.
