Rafi Malek

Rafi has experience of 30 years in development sector and worked in diverse capacities. A Civil Engineer By qualification and experience he started his career as a technical officer in watershed development and natural resources management, in the tribal area of the Danta block in Banaskantha district. He also served as the secretary of Adivasi Sarvangi Vikas Sangh. He joined CfD in 2003 as a Program Manager. He has wide experience of project planning, policy making, human resource management, fund mobilization, developmental research and nurturing new initiatives.

Sharif Malek

BA in Sociology, has experience of 23 years in social development sector. He had worked in different capacities in multiple organizations. Has good skills in team management, monitoring and reporting, data base creation and effective project deliverables.

Bachelor in Journalism, joined social development sector and has been serving over the past 26 years. Has wide experience of urban issues, community mobilization and networking. Has good command on communication, writing and presentation.

A graduate in commerce, Javed has been Associated with CfD for 15 years as the officer in charge of Accounts and Finance. He has contributed significantly in developing and consolidating the accounting and financial system of CfD.
